Do Not Call Compliance Policy

Infos B4B is fully committed to complying with the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), as well as all applicable state Do Not Call laws and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We believe that responsible data practices include respecting individuals' preferences regarding telemarketing communications.

This policy applies to all telephone-based outreach activities conducted by Infos B4B and governs the data we provide to our clients for their telemarketing purposes.

We maintain strict compliance with the National Do Not Call Registry:

• We access and download the National Do Not Call Registry data on a regular schedule to ensure our suppression lists are current
• All phone numbers in our B2B data products are scrubbed against the National DNC Registry before delivery to clients
• We update our DNC suppression files within the timeframes mandated by the FTC (at least every 31 days)
• Numbers registered on the National DNC list are flagged and suppressed from telemarketing contact lists

In addition to the National DNC Registry, Infos B4B maintains its own internal Do Not Call list:

• Any individual who requests to be placed on our internal DNC list will be added within 24 hours of the request
• Once added, the number remains on our internal DNC list permanently unless the individual requests removal
• Our internal DNC list is maintained separately and applied in addition to the National DNC Registry
• We honor DNC requests received through any channel, including phone, email, mail, or in person
• Our internal DNC list is shared with all relevant teams and integrated into our data delivery pipeline

Please include the phone number(s) you wish to register, your name, and any other identifying information to help us accurately process your request. We will confirm receipt and processing of your request within 5 business days.

Infos B4B adheres to the following telemarketing rules in all of our outreach activities and advises our clients to do the same:

• Telemarketing calls are only placed during permitted hours: between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the called party's local time zone
• Callers must identify themselves, the company they represent, and the purpose of the call at the beginning of each conversation
• An opt-out mechanism is provided during every telemarketing call, and opt-out requests are honored immediately
• Abandoned call rates are maintained below the FTC-mandated threshold of 3% per campaign
• Pre-recorded or artificial voice messages are only used with prior express written consent of the called party

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act establishes rules for telemarketing calls, auto-dialed calls, pre-recorded messages, and text messages. Infos B4B complies with the TCPA in the following ways:

• We obtain and document prior express written consent before making auto-dialed or pre-recorded calls to any number
• We do not use automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS) to contact numbers on the DNC Registry or our internal DNC list
• We maintain records of consent for a minimum of 5 years, including the date, time, and method of consent
• We honor revocation of consent through any reasonable means communicated by the consumer
• Our data products include TCPA compliance flags to help clients manage their own compliance obligations

In addition to federal regulations, many states maintain their own Do Not Call registries and telemarketing rules. Infos B4B:

• Monitors and complies with state-specific DNC registries where they exist
• Applies the more restrictive requirement when federal and state regulations differ
• Maintains awareness of state-specific telemarketing restrictions, including registration requirements and calling hour restrictions
• Includes state DNC suppression in our data scrubbing processes when delivering data for clients operating in specific states

We take compliance seriously and maintain accountability through the following measures:

• A designated compliance officer oversees all DNC-related policies and procedures
• All DNC complaints are investigated within 48 hours and resolved promptly
• Violations of this policy by employees result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination
• We maintain detailed records of all DNC-related activities, requests, and complaints for a minimum of 5 years
• Regular audits are conducted to ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable regulations

All employees involved in telemarketing activities or data delivery receive comprehensive DNC training:

• New employees complete DNC compliance training as part of their onboarding process
• Annual refresher training is mandatory for all relevant staff
• Training covers federal and state DNC regulations, TCPA requirements, our internal policies, and proper handling of opt-out requests
• Training completion is documented and records are maintained for compliance verification
