Banking-Industry Executives Email and Mailing List
Is your banking industry’s email and mailing list up to par? It sure seems like it from the looks of it. Is there a problem, or is this just a rogue company or is there a more sinister purpose for all the emails that this banking-industry-executives-email-and-mailing-list sends out? Well, there is a more sinister purpose for these emails that should concern you as a consumer.
A lot of people ask me why I think this is an issue in the banking industry. The banking industry should be more concerned with improving its services instead of trying to drum up fear and controversy about competition from other companies in the industry. They obviously spend a lot of money on their business cards and marketing campaigns, and if there was a problem with their products it would probably show in the marketing. But there isn’t a problem with any of the products they offer. The real problem is with the marketing and advertising they do for their business.
Here’s one example of what I mean. Let’s say that there are this big new banking industry executives email and mailing list company that everybody is talking about. And let’s also say that the head of this company comes into a meeting and starts giving everybody great sales stories about the new product line that they are building, and how much sales they’ll have in the first month and a half. If you are not careful you can easily buy into the lie and convince yourself that you know what you are talking about.
You see, if everybody who signs up for the list started selling products right off the bat, then the banking-industry-executives-email-and-mailing list would immediately and drastically grow. However, that doesn’t happen because nobody told anybody to do that. Now everyone is selling everything they can think of, and the sales don’t seem to be making up the money that is being spent. It is clearly a problem when people find out that they are on the mailing list.
This is the same problem that exists in email marketing, too. Email marketing lists are good and should be used by companies. However, if a company wants to increase their sales this way, they better be sure that they aren’t putting in sales offers that are unrelated to their product in the first place. In other words, don’t start out with “hey would you like 50% off of our new lip gloss!” They should be sending out emails that are targeted towards their customer base and their product lines.
I guess the question is, why do banking-industry-executives-email-and-mailing-list owners need to put their lists together? Is it so that the list will grow so fast that no one can keep up? Or is it so that the company with the most people on their list will be the first to get the “nudge” into sales? Either way, it’s a good thing that someone is doing it, but it is also something that needs to be monitored and controlled.
